Lenny has also appeared on several popular television and radio programs, including, This Hold House, Inside This Old House and Trading Spaces where he shares his expertise on home maintenance and inspections. Outside of his professional life, Lenny is an avid golfer and tennis player who competes at a high level. He also cherishes time spent with his grandchildren, enjoying his role as both a business leader and family man. Michael Licari

Mike is a skilled and detail-oriented professional who plays a vital role at B-Sure. With years of experience, he brings a comprehensive approach to ensuring homes are safe, functional, and ready for their next chapter. In addition to his work, Mike serves as an active director at the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), where he helps set industry standards, advocates for professional development, and supports the home inspection community. Before joining the family business, Mike built a strong foundation in the electrical industry, working hands-on with residential wiring and systems troubleshooting. This technical expertise allows him to spot potential issues with precision during inspections. Mike’s professional journey also includes attending culinary school, where he honed his creative instincts and mastered the art of detail and process—qualities he now applies in all areas of his work. Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending quality time with his young son, building cherished memories through shared adventures. He also has a passion for maintaining coral reef aquariums, finding joy in creating and sustaining vibrant underwater ecosystems. On quieter days, Mike loves experimenting with new recipes and tackling home improvement projects.
